Chattisgarh is one of the states of India and possess unique blend of tribal culture. this place has rich diversity of flora and fauna. About 70% of population is tribals. Each tribe has developed its own dialects and differs from each other in their costume, eating habits, customs, traditions and even worships different form of god and goddess. Day 01 : Arrive Delhi

Reception upon arrival and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure Overnight stay.

Day 02 : Delhi - Raipur - Kawardha (120 km/ 05 hrs)

Early morning on-time transfer to airport to catch the flight for Raipur. Upon arrival assistance and drive about 5hrs.(120 kms) to Kawardha. Arrive and check-in. Kawardha located in the north-west of Chattisgarh under the slopes of the Maikal Hills, is the ancestral home and private residence of Maharaja Vishwaraj Singh and family. Palace Kawardha offers a unique blend of calm, history and old-world charm that has captivated and all those who love to explore India's many diverse and hidden paths.

Afternoon includes of familiarisation with Palace Kawardha and nearby cultural sites.
Overnight stay.

Day 03 : Kawardha

After breakfast we explore Kawardha's little-known natural and tribal world. We visit Radha Krishna temple, Saroda Reservoir, wander around the ancient Bhoremdeo group of temples, the LoharaBavli (Water Well) and experience the gentleness of Baiga and Gond Tribal villages. Overnight stay.

Day 04 : Kawardha - Raipur - Kanker (240 km/ 5 hrs)

After breakfast the morning is at leisure an then we drive 2 hours to Raipur for lunch. Later we proceed to Kanker. Upon arrival if possible you will be entertained by a dance performance by the tribal people. Overnight stay at Kanker. (B,L,D)

Day 05 : Kanker - Kondagaon - Narayanpur - Kanker (125 km / 3 hrs / one way)

After early breakfast we drive towards Kondagaon&Narayanpur and we reach forested KeshkalGhat which marks the border of Bastar, 500m above the plains. We proceed towards Muria tribal village. There are several totems and several gods of Muria villages and tribal sub-groups. Murias have their own superstitious and sorcery practises. After that we reach the colourful and spectacular weekly tribal market in Narayanpur. Kondagaon&Narayanpur are famous for finest Bastar handicraft like bell metal figures, wood craft, wrought iron and bamboo artifacts. An early evening dance by youthful members of Bastar's unique 'ghotul' dormitory system completes an unforgettable day and we return to Kanker.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06 : Kanker - Jagdalpur (145 km/ 3-4 hrs)

After breakfast, we will drive towards Jagdalpur, Bastar's main town and former capital. On the way visit local Bison Horn Maria tribes renowned for their spectacular ceremonial dance. Upon arrival we check-into our Hotel. Later in the evening we proceed to Chitrakote Waterfalls, Bastar's very own 'Nigara Falls' on the Indravati River, and enjoy the capivating sunset.


We return to our Hotel for Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 07 : Jagdalpur - Kanger Valley National Park - Jagdalpur (50km / 1.5 hrs / one way)

After early breakfast we drive to visit the rich and virgin forests of the Kanger Valley National Park, the breathtaking Tirathgarh waterfalls and the wonderful stalactite and stalagmite limestone caves. Kanger retains the original intensity of the forests that once covered this whole region and is home to leopards, tigers, sambhars, bisons and the Bastar Hill Mynas. There are also forest tribal people living in their natural habitat. This is tribal country and it will be a wonderful opportunity to interact with them and learn something about their culture. Later in afternoon we visit Jagdalpur's Anthropological Museum (1000-1300 hrs and 1400-1700 hrs. Closed on Sundays and Govt holidays). Time permitting we will also explore some of Jagdalpur's unique handicraft in this historic town.

Dinner and Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 08 : Jagdalpur - Raipur (245 / 5 hrs)

After breakfast we have an option of visiting the bustling markets of Jagdalpur before returning to Raipur. We stop at Kanker for late lunch and proceed towards Raipur and check-into our Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 09 : Raipur - Delhi

After breakfast you will be transferred to Raipur Airport to board the flight for Delhi. Upon arrival assistance and check-in hotel for overnight stay.

Day 10 : Depart Delhi

In time transfer to the international airport for onward flights.
