This tour program is for interest travelers who would like to explore the cultures, traditions and customs of North India as well as various Indian food. This tour will be full of culinary schedule program to introduce you to some nice food that features India heritage and culture.

Detailed Tour Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrival Delhi(By Flight)

On arrival Delhi airport; Meet and assistance by our company representative and transfer to your booked hotel. Rest of the day is free for own activities and leisure. Overnight at the hotel Delhi.

Day 2 : Delhi – Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed to visit the colorful and bustling city of Old Delhi, a rich and historic city on the banks of the River Yamuna. Old Delhi on a guided tour start visiting from Raj Ghat - a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi – Father of Nation, Drive past Red Fort - a historic& famous Fort of India; an elegant citadel in red sandstone. Enjoy a rickshaw ride at the famous bazaars and the narrow streets of Chandni Chowk. Also visit the famous Jama Masjid the largest mosque in India .Optional visit to famous Karim's Restaurant known for its chicken kebabs and curries.

Lunch will be arranged at a famous Indian restaurant called "Chor Bizarre".

Post Lunch visit India Gate, drive pass through Parliament Street & President house and visit lotus temple & Qutub Minar.

In evening cooking session at one of the chef's home or a specialty restaurant.

Day 3 : Delhi - Udaipur (By Flight)

After breakfast, on time transfer to Delhi airport for board the flight to Udaipur- the city of lakes. Upon arrival and transfer to hotel. Enjoy the lunch at hotel and relax. Later in evening take cooking session at one of the chef's home or a specialty restaurant in Udaipur. You can even take yours dishes which you have cooked for dinner along with the prepared special Rajasthani Thali dinner.

Day 4 : Udaipur

Post breakfast, proceed for a guided tour visiting City Palace, an intriguing collection of buildings built in the year 1725. Also visit Sahelionki Bari and Jagdish Temple; the Indo-Aryan Temple. Lunch will be organized during the sightseeing at local restaurant Udaipur. Rest of the day free for visit to a traditional Rajasthani Handicraft & handloom factory to see the craftsmen performing.

Evening; enjoy the relaxing boat ride at Lake Pichhola on sun-set.

Day 5 : Udaipur – Pushkar

Post breakfast; drive to Pushkar. Upon arrival check-in to the hotel and enjoy the lunch at hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing visit Brahma temple and Pushkar lake. Later in evening enjoy the camel ride during sunset. Live see the preparation of dinner at hotel kitchen and enjoy the dinner with folk Rajasthani dance & music.

Day 6 : Pushkar - Jaipur

Post breakfast; procced toJaipur and check-in at the hotel and enjoy the lunch and relax. Later proceed for a cooking class by experienced chef and learn the art of Rajasthani cooking significance of spices in Rajasthani cuisine. Followed by preparation of rich meal to be served as dinner.

Day 7 : Jaipur

Post breakfast; leave for an excursion to Amber Fort. Enjoy the Elephant ride to ascend the Amber fort. After visiting Amber fort, visit to a traditional Rajasthani Handicraft & handloom factory to see the craftsmen performing. Afternoon enjoy the traditional Rajasthani delicacies lunch at a Rajasthani restaurant; later visit to City Palace and JantarMantar observatory. Before returning your hotel; a short stop in front Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) for photo shoot. In the evening, you are free to explore the colorful markets and streets of Jaipur famous for its textiles, arts, and handicrafts and gems and jewelry.

Night enjoy the dinner with live Rajasthani folk dance performance at local finest Rajasthani Restaurant.

Day 8 : Jaipur - Agra

Post breakfast; drive to Agra. En-route visit FatehpurSikri, the deserted city of Mughal Emperor Akbar. Lunch will be arranged at on the way highway restaurant/ hotel. Upon arrival check-in to the hotel & relax.

Later in evening procced for a cooking class demo on Mughlai cuisine by chef and followed by preparation of rich meal to be served as dinner Overnight at Agra hotel.

Day 9 : Agra

Early morning visit to the world-famous Taj Mahal during sunrise. You will then return to the hotel for the breakfast and later again proceed the guided sightseeing of Agra city visiting Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-dula. Agra city is also famous for its carpets, soapstone, gold thread embroidery, and leather goods so later enjoy the rest of the day for shopping.

In night, we will be organized traditional Indian dinner at hotel restaurant. Overnight at hotel Agra

Day 10 : Agra – Khajuraho (By Train Shatabdi at 0810/ 1045 AM)

Early post breakfast; on time,you will be transferred to Agra railway station for board the train to Jhansi. On arrive drive to Khajuraho;en-route visit Orchha – A historical & fort city of Central India; Lunch will serve at local restaurant Orchha. later continue drive to Khajuraho. Upon arrival check-in to the hotel & Relax. In the evening, enjoy unforgettable sound and light show at the complex of western group of temple.

Day 11 : Khajuraho – Varanasi (By Flight)

Post breakfast, you will visit the erotic temples of Khajuraho, known for the depiction of Kamasutra and an example of fine arts and architecture. After lunch; on time transfer to Khajuraho airport for board the flight to Varanasi; Varanasi is one of India's most important pilgrimage sites & the holiest of holy cities for Hindus. It is one of the world's oldest living cities and has been a center of learning and culture for over 2000 years.

Upon arrival transfer to hotel for check-im . In Evening explore your own and experience the local life, traditional cuisine first hand. Later, you will visit the banks of Ganges River and join the evening prayers& Aarti ceremony at Bank of river The Ganga.

Day 12 : Varanasi

Early morning visits the Ghats of the holy Ganges and enjoy &take a special sunrise boat ride passing through various bathing Ghats and the burning Ghat. After visit return to hotel for having breakfast, later you will go on a city sightseeing of Varanasi visiting various temples and historical monuments. After lunch, you will go on an excursion to Sarnath, the place where the Buddha turned the Wheel of Law and delivered his first sermon attaining enlightenment. You may explore the ancient city at your own pace in the evening. By evening, you will have a simple cooking session and talk on the making some North Indian dishes with the chef of a famous restaurant. You will also have a special dinner with Paneer and biryani.

Day 13 : Varanasi - Delhi

Post breakfast at the hotel, on time transfer to airport to board flight for New Delhi. You can then spend the rest of the day relaxing at the hotel or exploring the capital city of India on your own. Enjoy farewell cocktails and dinner at a famous south& North Indian specialty restaurant.

Post breakfast; on time transfer to Delhi airport for board the flight to onwards journey.
